Re-winder and Un-winder Series

D.P.R. All-In-One Rewinder and Un-winder is specific for inkjet printers like Primera®, VIPCOLOR®, for the TOSHIBA TEC® Thermal Printers and for all the label printers that have an automatic label back feed feature.

The all-in-one re-winder and un-winder has an external power supply of 115/18 Vac and an electronic circuit controls all the functions. The plate of the all-in-one re-winder and un-winder was designed so that the printer can be laid on it in order to guarantee correct stability and alignment.  This allows the printer to avoid any possible overturn or interference.

The tension arm’s position, with reference to the printer’s state, is calibrated as follows:

     -          When it is in the central position, the device is idle
-          When it is down, the device rewinds the labels
-          When it is up, the device unwinds the labels

The obtained roll will only allow the labels to face out. When the roll of labels runs out, the device stops thanks to the contact between the tension arm and the plate. An acoustic signal sounds to let you know the roll is finished.

D.P.R. All-In-One Rewinder and Un-winder Series is available in two different versions and every model is marked by its own code.
