D.P.R. Small All-In-One Rewinder and Motorized Unwinder Series has been specifically designed for the Primera Color Label Printer LX400.

All the models can handle labels up to 4.72” wide, they can rewind/unwind rolls of labels with diameter up to 6.69” and they have a speed of 120 rpm. Both the re-winder and the un-winder have two different types of core holder: the adjustable core holder from 1.81” up to 2.99” or the fixed core holder of 1 inch.  By selecting the model(s) that best fits your needs, you can create the re-winder and un-winder kit for your LX400.

The machines have an external power supply of 115/18 vac and an electronic circuit controls all the functions. The plate of the machines was designed so that the printer can be laid on it, in order to guarantee correct stability and alignment. This allows the printer to avoid any possible overturn or interference.   

The tension arm adjusts the sense and the speed of rotation both on the re-winder and the un-winder.

The obtained roll will only allow the labels to face out.

When the roll of labels runs out, the device stops thanks to the contact between the tension arm and the plate. An acoustic signal sounds to let you know the roll is finished.
