Model TAL-400R Rewinder

Operating Instructions

NOTE: Always load the TAKE-A-LABEL Rewinder with the on-off switch in the off position.

TAL-400R Rewinder:

  1. Slide core (Not Supplied) onto rewind shaft.
  2. Tape labels to top or "12 o'clock position" on the 3" core.
  3. Rotate rewind shaft 2-3 turns.
  4. Insure that the Rewinder is square with printer.
  5. Turn on rewinder.

To adjust Label Rewinder speed and torque:

  1. Open door on power supply.
  2. Slide slider to incerase or decrease speed and torque.

Power supply

To change direction of the Label Rewinder:

  1. Remove plug from end of power supply.
  2. Rotate plug, and reconnect.
