AEROSOL PRODUCTS

We supply the abm marking ltd spray stencil inks, maskouts, spray adhesive, and silicone products.

abm aerosols are formulated for maximum health protection. abm eliminated Methylene chloride in 1986, trichloroethane in 1989 together with another chlorinated solvent, and never used a chlorofluorocarbon. Propellant used in ABM inks are low toxicity blends of propane, isobutene and butane, the most environmentally safe known presently.

SPRAY INKS

Maximum convenience for stenciling, color coding, coloring. The abm spray inks contain only pigments and resins and no other solids, unlike spray paints. Coverage per ounce is several times the one obtainable from a paint can, and dry time of spray inks is much faster.

Fast dry, no run, high cover, weather and sunlight resistant pigmented inks, exceed performance requirements of CID - AA - 208 (Fed. Spec. TT-I-1795).

The abm inks are formulated and packaged for an extended shelf life, in a 16 fluid ounce cans. The replacement of chlorinated solvents with hydrocarbons, has brought the net weight of the fill to 12 ounces. In comparing competitive products this is an important consideration: if the fill is more than 12 oz. net weight, the product is likely to contain chlorinated solvents.  All abm spray inks contain up to 1/3 more concentrate product than most competitors.

SPRAY COVERALL

High solids formulation for maximum coverage.  Fast dry, no sag.  Fan spray nozzle on tan - cone nozzle on white.  Sprayed surface can be taped, remarked and is oil and water resistant.  Use to recycle old cartons or overruns, mask out addresses, marks on almost any surface.  Tan color matches most common corrugated box color.

SPRAY ADHESIVE

General purpose adhesive formulated for vinyls, leathers, fabrics, polyethylene, polyurethanes, fiberglass. Adheres to plaster, metal, wood, corrugated board and most surfaces. 20 oz. can with spray nozzle.

SPRAY SILICONE

Approved for food processing equipment, this food grade silicone spray is a medium concentration of active ingredient, suitable for most applications, including mold release and lubrication on surfaces exposed to humidity, heat, dust and wear.  Recommended for 20 oz. cans.
