Band Sealers by AIE

Sealing lots of bags?  Band sealers are easy to use and seal poly bags as fast as you can insert them into the unit.  These units are fully adjustable with temperature and speed.  Higher temps are needed for thicker bags and/or faster recuperation.  Bags are sealed and congealed then fall off the end of the short conveyor belt.

Models available depending upon application. Start bag into belts, and the machine will "carry" the bag, seal and optionally print coded messages on the bag.   Above model is an AIE-BC6201, Item #115M-6201 for only $2,995.00. 

Portable Vertical Band Sealer model #AIE-B6202 allows for sealing a bag in the "standing position" and is ideal for sealing bags containing spillable items like powders, liquids, grains, etc.  Conveyor speeds from 0-40 feet per minute.  Adjustable height, heat and speed.  Optional embossing wheel and type extra.  Above model is an AIE-B6202, Item #115M-6202 for only $3,195.00.

Continuous Automatic Band Sealer model #AIE-B7202 is ideal for sealing poly bags of most any size or length.  The AIE-B7202 is standard with variable speed control, and heat control.  Imprinter for dating bags or identifying product when sealed.  Above model is an AIE-B7202, Item #115M-7202 for only $4,675.00.

AIE offers a quality, value priced stainless steel table top band sealer.  This machine comes set up in the horizontal configuration with features like a built in conveyor and a standard embossing attachment. Sealing temperature is controlled with a solid state temperature controller 0 - 572 deg. F  and seal cooling is accomplished with a forced air fan.  Runs from right to left at 26 ft. per min. make a 5/16 " wide seal.  The unit is for sealing bags only. Cannot do headers.  Model AIE-880A1

Same specifications as IPS-880A1 but in a vertical configuration.  Can be adjustable 3 " - 12 " height. Model AIE-880A2
