About Us To our valued visitors, Some of the websites today reflect the total lack of providing service before and after the sale. I am amazed at how many websites make it difficult to find telephone numbers and street addresses. Some websites carried names different then the company that actually owned them. I found one website that listed the wholesale cost of products in an effort to undercut everyone, then had several pages of conditions relating to price corrections, returns, warranties, etc. Basically they didn't provide ANY service or warranty after the sale referring all issues back to the "vendor". If the "VENDOR" had a cost increase they would offer the product at the higher price and charge the additional difference to your credit card after you "accepted" the higher price. If you purchased products from that website your credit card was charged with the order placement, then additional charges were added when the product shipped! Why would anyone want to do business with an entity that doesn't want you to call or contact them? 2008 celebrates 50 years of continuous business for Pro Pack Solutions, Inc. Back in 1958 Bill Turner relocated from North Carolina to Georgia and set up William N. Turner Company only selling the Better Packages brand tape dispensers in Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama. In 1979 I started working as a salesman for Bill Turner. In 1988, Bill retired and sold the business to my wife and I. On March 27, we celebrate 20 years of ownership. Over the last 28 years I have seen many changes affecting the methods of educating customers on the value of finding the best solutions to packaging. The Internet by far has been the greatest change and has created the greatest challenge to our business. We strive to bring the right information to you so you can make educated decisions. In 1995 I launched our first website under www.turnerco.com. In 1998 I posted my first video clips. (Would you believe a 3 second video was over 1 MB and took several minutes to download?) In 2006 we started "utilizing" video technology. Today we have over 100 videos available on Google explaining how the machines work and how to maintain them. We have also created websites specifically geared toward the best way to get the information to your fingertips. We host several websites. One, www.ezpps.com offers a quick way to use your Internet able cell phone to surf through our contents pages for a link to the information on our main website. This saves time on page downloads. A second website, www.videopps.com is currently under construction for our video library. We found during the past year many companies are not allowing employees to surf and watch our videos at the www.video.google.com website. (Search "Pro Pack Solutions" in Google). This year we are endeavoring to put together a shopping cart to better serve our Internet customers. I have been very reluctant to install a shopping cart preferring to establish a personal relationship during and after the sale. We also offer "LIVE" video demos via SKYPE. Now if you need to see stock machine in action, or a service procedure, we have that capability. At the bottom of each webpage are links to our contact pages, email, and telephone numbers. I encourage you to drop an email or give us a call. Our business hours are generally 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Sometimes earlier, many times later.
