2013 celebrates 55 years of continuous business for Pro Pack Solutions, Inc. In 1958, Bill Turner relocated from North Carolina to Georgia and set up William N. Turner Company as a Better Packages regional distributor selling and servicing the Better Pack brand gummed tape dispensers. In 1979, I started working as a salesman for Bill Turner. In 1988, Bill retired and sold my wife and I the business. On March 27, we celebrated 25 years.

Over the years, I have seen many changes affecting the methods of educating customers on the value of finding the best solutions to packaging. The Internet by far has been the greatest change and has created the greatest challenge to our business. I strive to bring the right information to you so you can make educated decisions.

In 1995, I launched our first website under www.turnerco.com. In 1998, I posted my first video clips. (Would you believe a 3 second video was over 1 MB and took several minutes to download?)

In 2006, we started "utilizing" video technology. Today we have over 200 videos available on YouTube demonstrating and explaining how the machines work and maintain them. We have also created websites specifically designed to make technical information you need easy to find. We host several websites. The site www.ezpps.com offers a quick way to use your Internet enable cell phone to surf through our contents pages for a link to the information on our main website. This saves time on page downloads.

A second website, www.videopps.com is our video library.

We also offer "LIVE" video demos via SKYPE for when you need to see a stock machine in action, or need a better understanding of a service procedure.
