Freight terms:

All products are shipped F.O.B. Loganville, GA via UPS or LTL (depending on weight) unless we opt to ship direct from the Manufacturer or importer.

Lead times:

Stock items: Same day or next working day

Non stock or special order items: Depends on the Manufacturer or Importer. We usually estimate a week to ten days, longer for imported items.

Returns:

Pro Pack Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to inspect and make a final inspection of all returned merchandise. If our inspection determines that the product is not defective, a restocking fee of 25% and all applicable shipping costs will be deducted from your credit. A 25% restocking charge is applied to all products returned to our stock due to customer mis-ordering, inability to use or sell the product, or non-acceptance of the shipment. International orders, special order items and electronic replacement parts not returnable.

Claims:

All claims for damage or shortage must made within 10 calendar days of receipt of product.
