Free stuff and such...

I just read in the paper recently the largest home building supply company in North America was having problems with employees taking kick backs and bribes.  These kick backs and bribes create conflict since the reward is only enjoyed by the employee that receives it.  The company is subject to paying for materials and equipment that may not be in the best interest of the organization.  We have decided to only offer items that are of interest to the company as a whole.  As an example, purchase a gummed tape dispenser, get a free case of tape.
