Large Bundling of Wires?
Bundling wires has always been a challenge. What is the best method? Rubber bands, tape, or wire twist tie? Sometimes talking with a salesperson will get you a $6,000.00 solutions for a $20.00 problem!
We used a simple Label Protection Dispenser and strapping tape to wrap wire bundles of different sizes. Check it out on our video page here. The page for the dispenser is here. This low end system is great for bundles above 1" up to the amount an operator can handle.
