Keeping Better Moistening Brushes:

Maintaining moistening brushes is very difficult at best in a shipping and packing environment with everything that is going on.  Forming a habit is one way to get a job done.

Have the operator of the gummed tape dispenser get in the habit of removing the water tank and brushes each time the water bottle requires refilling and take them to the sink at refill time.  Rinse the glue build-up with each water bottle refill and flush the water tank.  This will offer better moistening even if the brushes are not washed weekly.

The habit over time becomes natural.

Note:  Marsh machines incorporate a water tank with a subway water feed system that makes removal of the tank more difficult.  We recommend just removing the moistening brush and rinsing.
