The USA family of carton sealers offers heavy-duty, uniform semi-automatic sealing for a broad range of applications - from food to appliances... and everything in between.

  1. Machine is manually adjustable for width and height.
  2. The operator folds the top four flaps, and inserts the carton into the machine.
  3. USA 2024 processes cartons from:
    6" x 4" x 41/2" to inf. x 20" x 24".
    Additional models for processing larger size cartons are available.
  4. Manufactured from 10 and 12 gauge steel formed and welded for strength and rigidity.
  5. Available in Bottom Belt Drive, Side Belt Drive, Dual Side Drives and Top & Bottom Belt Drive Formats.

Case sealers are a great way to seal cartons if a high quality tape is used.  Pressure sensitive tapes only stick to the surface fibers on the carton surface.  If a carton is allowed to sit in extreme hot or cold conditions, over time the tape might fail.  If your operation is sealing cartons that might not be opened for a while, you might want to consider sealing the carton with gummed tape.

Also if your carton is under filled, overstuffed, or heavy, gummed tapes work better than pressure sensitive tape.

Looking for a great way to back up a case sealer?  Keep up with production by mounting a gummed tape dispenser over the conveyor.  Remove a roller if the box needs tape on the bottom (for easy flip over).  Gummed tape is faster and sticks better than hand held tape guns.
