Case sealers are a great idea but the majority only use plastic tape. The best security is using gummed tape for your carton closure. We now offer a gummed tape case sealer. Call for more info.

Random Case Sealer. This unit will adjust itself automatically to different size cartons. Operator introduces the carton to the unit, the unit does the rest.

Our random carton sealers are heavy duty and semi-automatic, designed for flexibility - automatically adjusting to seal random size cartons.

	The operator folds the top four flaps, and inserts the carton into the machine.
	The RSA automatically adjusts to the carton size for both height and width.
	RSA 2024 processes cartons from: 6" x 4" x 5" to inf. x 20" x 24". Additional models for processing larger size cartons are available.
	Photoelectric Sensor and PLC Controller provide flexibility and allow interface with existing systems.
	Manufactured from 10 and 12 gauge steel formed and welded for strength and rigidity.

Looking for a great way to back up a case sealer? Keep up with production by mounting a gummed tape dispenser over the conveyor. Remove a roller if the box needs tape on the bottom (for easy flip over). Gummed tape is faster and sticks better than hand held tape guns.
