Letter and Number Sets

UR RIBtype® Letter and Number Sets are used for making messages in hand stampers, hand roller coders, and inline conveyor roller coders or whenever ribbed base sheets, rings and stamps are used.  Click on the thumb nail pictures to make larger.

This is the assortment for the sizes from 1/16" up to 5/8"  (5A assortment)

  We have pictured the DU76 Date Set with a ruler to show size.  This is the assortment of the standard date kit.  We have the date sets available in the following styles and sizes:  A9, A10, A11, A13, U75, U76.  A "D" is added to the number to reference "Date Set".

Assortments containing 366 pieces of the complete date text on one piece of Logomat type are also available for each date of the year.

A Style RIBtype® is available in the following sizes:  A7 - 1/16", A8 - 5/64", A9 - 7/64", A10 - 1/8", A11 - 9/64", A12 - 3/16", A13 - 1/4", A14 - 5/16", A15 - 3/8", A15 1/2 - 7/16", A16 - 1/2", A17 - 5/8", and A18 - 3/4".  The Letter/Number Sets are ordered by using the prefix "T".  If you want to order 1/2" Letter/Number Set ask for the TA16.  The Number only sets are ordered by using the prefix "F" and 4 of each number are included.  If you want to order 3/8" Number Set ask for FA15.  To order the Value Pack Number Sets with 12 each, add the prefix "F" and the suffix "VP".  The Value Pack of 3/8" numbers would be FA15VP.

B Style RIBtype® Condensed is available in the following sizes:  B10 - 1/8", B11 - 9/64", B12 - 3/16", B13 - 1/4", B14 - 5/16", B15 - 3/8", B16 - 1/2", B17 - 5/8", B18 - 3/4" and B19 - 1".   The Letter/Number Sets are ordered by using the prefix "T".  So if you want to order 1/2" Letter/Number Set ask for the TB16.  The Number only sets are ordered by using the prefix "F" and 4 of each number are included.  If you want to order 3/8" Number Set ask for FB15.  To order the Value Pack Number Sets with 12 each, add the prefix "F" and the suffix "VP".  The Value Pack of 3/8" numbers would be FB15VP.

U Style RIBtype® Bold is available in the following sizes:  U70 - 1/8", U71 - 9/64", U72 - 3/16", U73 - 1/4", U74 - 5/16", U75 - 3/8", U75 1/2 - 7/16", U75 1/2 - 7/16", U76 - 1/2", U77 - 5/8", U78 - 3/4", and U79 - 15/16".  The Letter/Number Sets are ordered by using the prefix "T".  So if you want to order 1/2" Letter/Number Set ask for the TU76.  The Number only sets are ordered by using the prefix "F" and 4 of each number are included.  If you want to order 3/8" Number Set ask for FU15.  To order the Value Pack Number Sets with 12 each, add the prefix "F" and the suffix "VP".  The Value Pack of 3/8" numbers would be FU15VP.

G Style RIBtype® Bold Condensed is available in the following sizes:  G73 - 1/4", G74 - 5/16", G75 - 3/8", G76 - 1/2", G77 - 5/8", G78 - 3/4", and G79 - 15/16".  The Letter/Number Sets are ordered by using the prefix "T".  So if you want to order 1/2" Letter/Number Set ask for the TG76.  The Number only sets are ordered by using the prefix "F" and 4 of each number are included.  If you want to order 3/8" Number Set ask for FG15.  To order the Value Pack Number Sets with 12 each, add the prefix "F" and the suffix "VP".  The Value Pack of 3/8" numbers would be FG15VP.

The number of single letters and numbers are based on size. 

Style A7 - A17 are character set 5A.  Style A18 is set 3A.  The Fonts only A7 - A11 is 5F, A12 - A18 is 4F.
Style B10 - B17 are character set 5A.  Style B18 and B19 are set 3A.  The Fonts only B10 - B11 is 5F, B12-B19 is 4F.
Style U70 - U76 are character set 5A.  Style U77 - U79 are set 3A.  The Fonts only U70 - U71 is 5F, U72 - U79 is 4F.
Style G73 - G78 are character set 5A.  Style G79 is set 3A.  The Fonts only G73 - G79 is 4F.

RIBtype® direction is normally horizontal ribs.  Vertical text on horizontal ribs, vertical ribs, and vertical text on vertical ribs are available on special order with an additional upcharge.  We can also supply different materials when natural rubber doesn't work.  Email details regarding your inks and application and we will find the best solution.

Make the process of changing code easier by using one piece logo mats.  Logo mats allow you to make a series of letter, numbers, or words as a one piece part.  If you provide a artwork via email we will quote on special items.  Logo mats are priced by the square inch.  If you order more than one of the same, discounts apply.  If you submit a logo a small art work fee may apply.  Contact us for more details.
