We offer the Plas-Ties line of twist tie material. Depending on
your application, plastic/plastic, paper/plastic, and paper/paper are available in
red, white, blue, green, yellow, orange, black, tan, brown, pink, violet, gray,
candy stripes, and clear. All materials are packed 5 spools per case.
We mix the most common product, 312 Plastic/Paper, for production code identifying with red, white, blue, green,
yellow, orange, black, and brown without an up charge. All other products
sold in case quantities. (Special orders for other colors available.
40 Spool minimum order,
priced upon application.)
The HD series and the discontinued 600 series Plas-Ties twist tying machines use the 8.5" x
2" spools. 27 gauge works well with smaller
machines, 24 gauge with
the 604 and 608. The XL-2 uses either size spools or gauges of wires.
How many ties will you get from a spool? Pick
the model, pick the material:
The Plasties model 603 3/8" using 312 - 27 gauge
material on a 2000' roll will give about 6,400 ties per spool, 32,000 per case
of 5.
The Plasties model 604 5/8" using 312 - 27 gauge material on a 2000' roll will
give about 6,000 ties per spool, 30,000 per case of 5.
The Plasties model 604 5/8" using 313 - 24 gauge material on a 1500' roll will
give about 4,500 ties per spool, 22,500 per case of 5.
The Plasties model 608 7/8" using 312 - 27 gauge material on a 2000' roll will
give about 4,800 ties per spool, 24,000 per case of 5.
The Plasties model 608 7/8" using 313 - 24 gauge material on a 1500' roll will
give about 3,600 ties per spool, 18,000 per case of 5.

in quantities of 10,000 or more and feature smooth edges and low insertion force. A full
line of standard and releasable cable ties, available in natural and weather resistant
black are offered. Sizes vary from the 4" P-4-18 to the 48" P-48-175 and
depending on tie are QPL listed, UL recognized components, and manufactured from 6.6
nylon. Handy dandy cable tie installation tools are also available.
