Describe the problem:
Include all the parts when you ship the machine in. We quote total repairs and replace any missing parts. Pack the machine well and place in a carton that allows a two inch clearance around all sides top and bottom. Shipping charges are the responsiblity of the customer. Pre-pay and insure for the value of the machine. If the machine is under warranty please include a copy of the packing slip or invoice. If the machine was not purchased from us and you think warranty applies, call first to discuss. Almost all manufacturers will only honor warranty issues by going back through the distribution channel the unit was purchased through.
