REINFORCED STRAPPING TAPES
ST-102C - POLYESTER/GLASS REINFORCED FILAMENT TAPE Very aggressive
adhesive designed to grab instantly to corrugated. Good solvent and moisture resistance.
Operating temperature range: + 32º to + 180ºF.
ST-104A - POLYESTER/GLASS REINFORCED FILAMENT TAPE - A medium tensile,
high adhesion product having excellent adhesion to its own backing which eliminates any
danger of flagging. Ideal for bundling, carton sealing, and palletizing.
ST-104B - POLYESTER/GLASS REINFORCED FILAMENT TAPE - A transparent,
medium tensile product having very good adhesion levels to a variety of materials.
Designed to perform in many sealing and palletizing applications.
ST-107B - PAPER/GLASS BI-DIRECTIONAL REINFORCED FILAMENT TAPE - HIGH
TEMPERATURE - A specially designed product to offer a very aggressive adhesive
system which also has excellent shear properties. Good impact resistance. Bi-directional
construction imparts equal tensile and tear resistant properties in both directions. Ideal
product for "butt-splicing" heavyweight materials at elevated temperatures.
ST-108 - POLYESTER/GLASS REINFORCED FILAMENT TAPE Medium high tensile
strength. Easy unwind. Good resistance to moisture and abrasion. Meets Federal
Specification PPP-T-97D, Type 11, Class A.
ST-109 - POLYESTER/GLASS REINFORCED FILAMENT TAPE - Very high holding
power along with high tack and quick stick. High tensile strength. Excellent for closing,
packaging, palletizing, and unitizing applications. Meets Federal Specification PPP-T-97E,
Type 11, Class B.
ST-115 - POLYESTER/GLASS REINFORCED FILAMENT TAPE - Very high tensile
strength. Heavy polyester film backing gives product excellent tear resistance in machine
direction. High hold and quick stick. Very aggressive adhesive and good conformability.
Meets Federal Specification PPP-T-97E, Type 11, Class B.
ST-118 - POLYESTER/GLASS REINFORCED FILAMENT TAPE - A heavy duty, high
tensile general purpose tape having a very aggressive adhesive system. Excellent shear
properties and quick stick. Good adhesion to its own backing. Meets Federal Specification
PPP-T-97D, Type 11, Class B.
ST-120 - POLYESTER/GLASS REINFORCED FILAMENT TAPE Exceptional flexibility
for ease of handling. Good adhesion to a wide range of materials. High shear and quick
stick. Medium high tensile. Meets Federal Specification PPP-T-97E, Type 11, Class A.
ST-130 - POLYESTER/POLYESTER REINFORCED FILAMENT TAPE Medium tensile
strength with very high elongation offering the product very good impact resistance. Ideal
for
applications requiring high bursting strength such as bundling and protecting sharp edges.
Meets Federal Specification PPP-T-97E, Type 1.
ST-132 - POLYESTER/GLASS REINFORCED FILAMENT TAPE BLACK - Very high
tensile strength. Good resistance to moisture, chemicals, abrasion, and outdoor weather
conditions. Very high adhesion and quick stick. Meets Federal Specification PPP-T-97E,
Type IV.
ST-150 - PAPER/GLASS REINFORCED FILAMENT TAPE - Medium high tensile
strength. Very good withstanding outdoor weather conditions. Good abrasion resistance.
Ideal where an opaque product is needed. Can be marked by a rubber stamp, pencil, pen,
or crayon. Good meat packers' tape. Meets Federal Specification PPP-T-97D, Type 11.
ST-154 - PAPER/GLASS REINFORCED FILAMENT TAPE - Same general
characteristics as ST-150, however has a lower tensile strength. Meets Federal
Specification PPP-T-97D, Type II.
