If your labels are not feeding properly and slipping, first check the tension spring on the roll of labels. Make sure it is not compressed more than 15-20%. If the label are still slipping, check the rear rubber roller for wear. New rollers have a tactile surface, and over time, they wear smooth where the liner feeds through, and can even become shiny. If worn down, replace the drive roller.
Over time, you can swap the rear with the front roller on the Bottlematic models. When replacing rollers make sure to prop up the rollers to keep them from only being supported by the motor when you remove the side frame. The motor shafts are very short and subject to being damaged.
