This roller also fits the DM16II.
If your labels are not feeding properly and slipping, first check the tension spring on the roll of labels. Make sure it is not compressed more than 15-20%. If the label are still slipping, check the rear rubber roller for wear. New rollers have a tactile surface. Over time, these rollers wear smooth where the liner feeds through, and can become shiny. When the tactile surface wears smooth, the machine cannot grip the liner, and slippage occurs. If worn down, replace the drive roller.
