Universal #1150 Ink - 4 oz bottle - Pack of 4
Universal 4 oz. Reservoir Ink Cartridges are specially designed cartridges for use with Universal fixed-mount POROUS coders. These cartridges feature a roller ball tip which, when installed on a coder, rides against the surface of the ink roll and applies a thin film of ink to the roll during coder operation. These patented, disposable, cartridges are filled with #1150 ink. 4 oz reservoir bottles are for one time use.
To use the 4 oz bottles, your coder will need to be equipped with a special cover over the ink roller. Call for details.

Universal #1150 Coder Inks are high quality glycol base coder inks formulated for use with all of our fix mount coders for applications requiring printing on corrugated cartons, paper and other porous surfaces. These inks will never dry on metal, plastic or other non-porous surfaces at normal room temperatures.
You can spend thousands of dollars on sophisticated printing systems and still suffer from poor performance if you don’t use a good quality coder ink. Universal #1150 coder ink is not a conventional rubber stamp ink with a new label. It is specially formulated for optimum performance with Porous Hand Printers and all Porous Roll Coding Systems.
This glycol and dye base ink will never dry out your ink rolls even in the hottest environment, but will dry almost instantly on cartons or other porous surfaces. Since glycol base inks do not evaporate at room temperature like water base inks you’ll get far more impressions per gallon with #1150 ink. The dye colorants used in these inks are noncorrosive.

We are unable to ship this ink by air. If an air shipment is required you will need to order a quart of ink and 8 empty bottles and fill at your location. The bottle may leak under pressure by the airplane. Contact our sales office to discuss.
