These units are simple to use. The operator places the label face down on the table platform, pulls the tape and label past the cutter blade and tears the tape along the blade, then applies the label to the item.
At one time, these type of dispensers were widely used for attaching shipping labels to cartons with clear pressure sensitive tapes. Over the years more printers have been used to print address labels automatically on pressure sensitive stock. Today there is still a need to give additional protection to identification stickers on cartons before shipping. We have also used these dispensers for taping bundles and coils of wire with strapping tape. The QPC600M is an all metal unit that accepts up to 6" wide pressure sensitive tapes.
