Fits on the Bottle-Matic, Flex-Matic, Flat-Matic, and DM series and is used to add tension to the roll of labels. 1 per machine.
Very little tension is needed. Compress the spring only about 15-20%.
This spring is one of the first things we check for when trouble-shooting Dispensa-matic label applicators (Bottle-Matic & Flex+Matic). Too much tension can cause dispensing issues. Make sure to only compress the spring ~1/3 of the way. If this spring is missing, it can cause dispensing issues.
