Better Packages discontinued the BP554 and replaced it with the BP555eSA and BP555eLA. Parts are subject to being discontinued by the manufacturer at any time. If you order parts that are not available we will contact you before we ship any parts to advise.
The Clutch roller has been discontinued. This is the roller that engaged the larger rubber roller and advanced the measuring disc to the length of tape set. This roller would turn soft and or melt over time and the part is no longer available. If your clutch roller needs to be replaced you will need a new machine. Give us a call.
