Why stock hundreds of bag sizes when you can make exactly what you need? Our bag maker impulse sealers let you create open-ended poly bags of any length using roll stock. Just pull the tubing to your desired size, press the foot pedal to seal and cut the bottom, fill your product, then seal the top. It’s fast, simple, and efficient.

Unlike traditional setups that mount the roll underneath, we mount multiple rolls of tubing on a bar above the sealer. This gives operators a quick way to select the right bag width and streamline production without stocking excess inventory.

The FC Series

The AIE FC Series is designed specifically for bag-making from poly tubing. Each unit comes equipped with a hold-down bar, adjustable seal timer, and a film support platform for consistent, high-quality seals. It’s the ideal solution for operations that package varying product sizes or want to reduce reliance on pre-sized bags.
