Band Sealers

Band sealers are 10X faster than arm sealers and ideal for sealing thermoplastic materials (PP, PE, laminates) of any size and length. Band sealers pay for themselves in a very short period of time. Easy to operate, minimal operator training, and fast warm up time. Once set up bags feed bags as fast as you can feed them to seal.

We carry both horizontal band sealers (bags lay flat on the conveyor) and vertical band sealers (bags are in a standing position on conveyor) which allow band sealers to be used in a wide range of applications and industries. Speeds of band sealers are considerably faster than other types of sealing and are used in high production applications.
