The CBS-640 is a compact, portable band sealer designed for sealing bags and pouches in low volume operations. Built from stainless steel, it offers a reliable and economical step up from hand sealers, making it a great choice for small businesses, coffee roasters, bakeries, and other light packaging needs. The seal is 10 mm wide and is placed 1.5" from the top of the bag.
This versatile sealer can handle polyethylene (LDPE, MDPE, HDPE), polypropylene, and laminated foils. Seal poly bags, laminated pouches, and stand up pouches up to 20 mil (two layers of 10 mil) thick. Not recommended for gusseted bags where the sides of the bag can be up to four layers of poly thick.
