Constant Heat

Pro Pack Solutions offers constant heat sealers for closing clam shells. We have single point sealers, single point with over-sized sealing heads, and multi-point sealers.

Our multi-point sealers are one sided sealers with two or three sealing points.

Not all clam shells will seal properly. Some clam shells imported from the far east have too much foreign material in the plastic to properly heat seal. We recommend sending a few clam shells for testing or purchase a low end sealer to test in house.
