Dispensa-matic label dispensers will give years of service, but if you are having problem check out our service options - click here. We recommend calling with a video chat to review issues. Sometimes we are able to get the machine running again. If not, pack it up, fill out our Service Ticket, and send it in for repair. If you are sending in a Bottle-Matic, Flex-Matic, or Flat-Matic you must use the box the machine came in. If you no longer have the box, call and order a box.
