Double Impulse Tabletop Sealers

Double impulse tabletop sealers are designed to handle heavy-duty packaging materials up to 20 mil thick by applying heat from both the upper and lower jaws. These machines are ideal for sealing gusseted, multi-layered, or thick poly bags where a single heat source isn’t sufficient.

The AIE FDA Series offers programmable heat, congeal, and recycle timers, allowing the operator to dial in the exact settings needed for a consistent seal. Once programmed, these units ensure that every seal is as precise as the last. Models come with an electric foot pedal for manual activation and support semi-automatic cycling for high-efficiency sealing.
