Double Impulse Foot Sealers

Paper and foil bags lined with poly usually need heat applied from both sides to seal properly. AIE offers several double foot sealers for the job. Set the time cycle of how long the heat is applied and keep the foot pedal pressed for an additional few seconds to congeal the seal.

Double impulse foot sealers are designed to seal heavy-duty or multi-layer materials that require heat from both sides. These models use upper and lower heating elements to apply even pressure and temperature, ideal for sealing thick poly bags from 10 to 20 mil.

The user presses the foot pedal to activate the seal cycle. After the heat phase, it's important to hold the pedal for a few more seconds to let the material cool and solidify. This ensures maximum seal strength and reliability for demanding applications.

The AIE FD Series includes standard 5mm seal widths and supports bag sizes up to 24". 10mm wide seal options are available by special order.
