Double Impulse Tabletop Sealers

Double impulse tabletop sealers deliver heat from both the upper and lower jaws to seal thick or multi-layer bags with precision. Ideal for packaging materials like foil-lined, gusseted, or heavy-duty poly up to 20 mil, these machines ensure full fusion through both layers in one pass.

Models include programmable timers for seal and cool cycles and can be operated via foot switch or auto-repeat. Once configured, each cycle produces consistent, high-strength seals making them ideal for production lines where reliability is key.

The AIE FDA Series is available in 12", 18", 24", and extended 32" lengths, with standard 5mm seal widths and optional 10mm models available by request.

We always recommend letting us test your bags to determine the best sealer. These double sealers can also be used as a single impulse sealer by cutting off the upper sealer jaw.
