Foot-Operated Impulse Sealers

Foot-operated impulse sealers provide hands-free control for sealing poly bags. They're ideal for packaging operations that require speed, control, and consistent results—especially in medium- to high-volume environments. All units apply heat only when activated, making them energy-efficient and safe to use.

To ensure a strong, lasting seal, the operator should keep the foot pedal pressed for a few seconds after the heating cycle ends to allow the seal to congeal (cool) before lifting their foot and removing the bag.

Choose from two types:

• Single Impulse: Heats from the lower jaw only. Best for standard poly bags up to 10 mil thick.
• Double Impulse: Heats from both upper and lower jaws. Designed for thicker or multi-layer materials (10–20 mil).
