Foot Sealers

Foot-operated impulse sealers let you seal poly bags quickly and accurately while keeping both hands free to guide and position the material. These machines are ideal for semi-automated workstations where sealing precision and operator efficiency matter.

When the foot pedal is pressed, heat is applied for a set duration, followed by a brief cooling period. To ensure a strong seal, the operator should keep the pedal engaged a few extra seconds after the heating cycle ends to allow the material to congeal.

Choose the right configuration based on material thickness and sealing needs:

• Single Impulse: Heats from the lower jaw only — best for standard poly bags up to 10 mil.
• Double Impulse: Applies heat from both upper and lower jaws — ideal for thicker materials (10–20 mil) or foil-lined bags.
