This adhesive is specifically for the Padding industry using coated stock.
Product Type: Hot melt adhesives consisting of 100% thermoplastic resin.
Applications: Padding adhesive where good flexibility is required.
Features: GF5023C possess excellent pot life, heat stability, low odor and smoking, and can be applied at lower temperature than other flexible hot melts providing faster setting time. Exceptional clarity, thanks to the use of an un-pigmented white resin. The use of a superior anti-oxidant stabilizer provides for less charring.
GF #5023C is for coated paper stock. If you have plain stock we recommend testing the GF #5023 that has a slightly faster setting.
Application Equipment: Various padding machines using an open glue wheel including Brackett, Kansa, and Standard.
Clean Up Solvent: Wax or other hot melt cleaners suggested by equipment manufacturers.
Storage Conditions: Store at room temperature. Rotate stock using oldest material first.
Box of 50 pounds. Shelf life is 12 months.
