This adhesive is specifically for the Padding industry using coated stock.
Product Type: A hot melt adhesive consisting of 100% thermoplastic resin. This product is formed in small pastilles making it easy for automatic feeding devices.
Applications: A low temperature general case and carton sealing & tray forming hot melt adhesive for standard and some coated corrugated board stock. It can also be used as a padding adhesive where water white clarity is not required.
Features: Semi-translucent, medium hard, high performance fast speed of set product. It is designed for application temperatures of 300-325 degrees F. It has a long pot life with low smoking qualities with a good balance of adhesion, heat stability and hot tack.
Application Equipment: Spray and extrusion systems for case and carton sealing and case making equipment.
FDA Status: Ingredients comply with regulations for us in Food Packaging Adhesives as per regulation 175.105.
Clean Up Solvent: Wax or other hot melt cleaners suggested by equipment manufacturers.
Storage Conditions: Store at room temperature. Rotate stock using oldest material first.
Box of 25 pounds. Shelf life is 12 months.
