5 Gallon Pail GlueFast GF#816P Adhesive
A one for ALL (Well most) Applications!
Applications:
This adhesive has been the best new addition to our water-based resin line of adhesives… it’s really a Wonder Glue! GF 816P is an adhesive with unusually broad capabilities for adhering paper labels to polystyrene, pvc, coated materials, some metal and treated polyethylene surfaces. Also effective for labeling glass, metal, wood, and cartons. May provide an adequate suction bond for some untreated polyethylene. Often used to make sample books when gluing fabrics or carpet swatches to paper stock. Excellent for mounting prints to MDF.
This adhesive is also an excellent choice for use as a padding adhesive or fast setting case sealing. It is not acid free.
Features:
Excellent wet tack for use with heavier paper stocks or stiffer surfaces such as fabrics. Fast drying flexible bond.
Application Equipment:
Can be used in manual or electric tabletop gluers such as those manufactured by Gluefast or folder gluers. Can also be used with a pot-and-brush.
If you are using GF774, GF774T, GF59, you may be able to use this product.
Handling: Store at room temperature. Rotate stock using oldest material first.
Storage: Shelf life three months. KEEP FROM FREEZING
Clean up: Clean all application equipment daily with soap and water or a solution of 50% alcohol and water. Make sure to re-oil gluer per manufacturers instructions.
