Hand Sealers

Hand-operated impulse sealers offer a simple and cost-effective way to seal poly bags using timed heat. These lightweight, tabletop units are perfect for low- to medium-volume packaging, delivering air- and water-tight seals in just seconds.

Models are available in sealing lengths from 4" to 40", with options for 2mm, 5mm, or round wire seals. We also offer a 10mm option by special request. Contact us for details.

To achieve a strong seal, start at a low timer setting and adjust upward until consistent results are achieved. Thicker materials may require longer heat times. After the heating light switches off, keep the jaw pressed down for a few seconds to allow the seal to cool and congeal.
