Hot melt adhesive that remains a tacky when cool, yet allows for separation of items glued.
Product Type: A hot melt adhesive consisting of 100% thermoplastic resin.
Applications: A removable pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive that remains tacky at room temperatures. This product is sometimes referred to as a fugitive adhesive. Good for palletizing of beverage cartons.
Features:
- Good hot tack and virtually infinite open time due to the product’s pressure sensitive properties.
- It offers good flexibility with an excellent balance of properties of adhesion, heat stability, color and hot tack.
- Recommended application temperature is 300-350 °F.
- 180° Peel Test = .2 lbs./in
- Molten Gardner Color = 1 (Relatively clear/translucent in color)
- Packaged in 1.5 pound polyethylene film bags which can be placed in tank as is.
Application Equipment: Can be used on most hot melt application equipment, including extrusion or spray.
FDA Status: Ingredients comply with regulations for us in Food Packaging Adhesives as per regulation 175.105.
Clean Up Solvent: Wax, WD 40, or other hot melt cleaners suggested by the equipment manufacturer.
Storage Conditions: Store at room temperature. Rotate stock using oldest material first.
Box of 48 pounds. Shelf life is 12 months.
