Oil Board
Marsh genuine oilboard is oiled with a special blend of double-boiled linseed oils to resist ink bleed-through and cured in a plant that is solely dedicated to the production of superior grade stencil board. After treatment, the board is cut with the grain in order to further strengthen its rigidity. The production process provides you with clean, sharp marks with your stenciling system (stencil machine, ink, applicator, oilboard). Further, the high absorption of oil in the board, self-lubricates the punches of your stencil machine to extend the life of the machine. Stencils can be re-used up to 50 times for repeated messages.
11 point board is used in the smaller 1/4" machine and electronic stencil cutter, the 15 point is used in all other size machines.
