Include all the parts when you ship the machine in. We quote total repairs and replace any missing parts. Pack the machine well and place in a carton that allows a two inch clearance around all sides top and bottom. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Pre-pay and insure for the value of the machine.
If the machine is under warranty, please include a copy of the packing slip or invoice. If the machine was not purchased from us, and you are interested in warranty repairs, call first to discuss. Almost all manufacturers will only honor warranty issues by going back through the distribution channel the unit was purchased through. If we don't sell the machine to you, we cannot provide warranty service in most cases. We also have vendors that want to perform their own warranty service.
Machine will be held for up to 30 days for approval. Machines left over 30 days will be disposed of.
