Single Impulse Foot-Operated Sealers

Single impulse foot sealers apply heat from the lower sealing jaw only, making them ideal for standard poly bags up to 10 mil thick. Units that heat using the upper jaw are available. Call our office for info.

Activated by a foot pedal, these machines free up both hands so you can align and hold the bag while sealing. Perfect for repetitive or medium-volume packaging tasks.

Each unit includes a sealing timer to adjust how long the heat is applied, and only applies heat when the pedal is pressed. Seal time varies by bag material and thickness. After the heating cycle ends, we recommend keeping your foot on the pedal for a few extra seconds to allow the seal to cool (congeal) before removing the bag.
