Tabletop Impulse Sealers

Tabletop impulse sealers provide a sealing solution that can be positioned at an ergonomic height, allowing your operator to use both hands for precise bag placement. These sealers are ideal for medium- to high-volume packaging tasks where efficiency and consistency are critical.

Models are available with single or double impulse heating. Single impulse sealers apply heat from the lower jaw and are ideal for standard poly bags, while double impulse models heat from both jaws for thicker or laminated materials from 10 - 20 mil thick.

Most tabletop sealers offer manual activation via foot switch as well as a semi-automatic mode, which uses a timed cycle for hands-free sealing. Adjustable timers let you set both the heat duration and the cool-down (congeal) time, and recycle time for best results based on material thickness and operator speed.
