Pricing Policy:

We post prices to our web site. Every effort is being made to reflect correct pricing, but some manufacturers do not announce price changes in advance. Price is subject to change. We will not collect any funds until we verify all pricing prior to shipping. We reserve the right to cancel orders.

Payment Terms:

Credit Card payments are accepted and process through Shift4, and PayPal.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax will be collected for items shipped to Georgia. If we drop ship from a manufacturer and you are located within an area where the manufacturer is required to collect sales tax, we will adjust and add the appropriate sales tax for that jurisdiction.  On sales we have not collected sales tax, we recommend buyers on our website be aware they are responsible to advise their own states taxing authority they have made a purchase from an out of state seller and report the purchase and pay the sales tax direct.

Shipping Options:

Please note: Not all of our suppliers use FedEx or UPS. Some use one or the other.  We reserve the right to substitute one shipping service over the other.  Orders that include "Free Shipping" will be shipped by our choice of carrier and service level (typically UPS ground).

To qualify for same-day shipping, orders must be in stock at our Loganville warehouse, and placed by 2 PM EST. Truckline shipments do not ship same-day.

UPS controls delivery, and holiday schedules may interrupt and delay shipments. Check with for holiday schedules. If we find the FEDEX rate for 2nd day air is lower than UPS ground, we reserve the right to ship by FEDEX.

Our shopping cart is set up to ship via UPS Ground, FedEx, and in some cases LTL. Expedited shipping is available at an upcharge. We will ship UPS or FedEx Collect on your account for orders over $50. Please provide the service provider, account number, and desired level of service (ground, 2nd day, etc.) at checkout. See "Additional Questions" at checkout where you can provide this information. We also request that you send a separate email with your company information, UPS or FedEx billing address, delivery service requested, and account number. 

For some orders, the shopping cart is programmed to calculate and charge for shipping, and will reflect on your invoice. But, we will accommodate Collect Shipping if you request it in the "Additional Questions". We will confirm upon receipt of your email, and then collect a reduce amount from your credit card. Corrected invoices can be provided by request.

All orders placed with a residential billing address, and a different residential ship to address will be delayed regardless of requested delivery service. We ask that you use the phone number used for your credit card on your order.  We will verify the phone number is correct and may call to verify your order.

For orders where "Shipping will be calculated later" is listed, we will calculate the cost of shipping and email you the price. Upon acceptance and arrangement of payment, we will process your order. You may also choose to have us ship Collect. If you do not accept the shipping cost, your order will be cancelled. 

International Orders:

International orders are subject to review. 

Minimum Orders:

Our minimum order is $50 plus shipping and handling for phoned in orders.

Orders under this minimum will be assessed a $5 small order charge and will be added to your invoice.

Warranty Policy:

Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and apply on all new machines sold by our company. In some instances we will refer warranty work to the manufacturer. In the event warranty work is required, shipping and transportation are not covered by Pro Pack Solutions or any warranty policies by the manufacturers we represent, and are the owner's responsibility.

Pro Pack Solutions, Inc. hereby expressly disclaim all warranties either express or implied, related to products, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose, or warranty of non-infringement. This disclaimer does not affect the terms of the respective manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Email or call for specific details.

Extended Warranty Policy:

We now offer extended service contracts on many of the machines we offer. Protect your investment for an additional fee. Email for details.

Freight terms:

Products are shipped F.O.B. Loganville, GA via UPS Ground or LTL (depending on weight) unless we opt to ship direct from the Manufacturer or importer. 

Lead times:

Stock items: Same day or next working day

Non-stock or special order items: Depends on the Manufacturer or Importer. We usually estimate a week to ten days, longer for imported items.


Merchandise must be returned with an RMA number. Returned merchandise must be in new and salable condition with original packaging. 

No returns after 14 days. 

Pro Pack Solutions®, Inc. reserves the right to inspect and make a final inspection of all returned merchandise. If our inspection determines that the product is not defective, a restocking fee of 25% and all applicable shipping costs will be deducted from your credit. A 25% restocking charge is applied to all products returned to our stock.

Special order items and electronic parts are not returnable. International orders are not returnable.


All claims for damage, shortage, or incorrect items must made within 2 calendar days of receipt of product. Save all boxes and packing materials in case the shipping company wants to inspect for damage.
