Pricing Policy:
We post prices to our web site. Price is subject to change. We will not collect any funds until we verify all pricing prior to shipping. We reserve the right to cancel orders.
Payment Terms:
Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) payments are accepted and process through Shift4, and PayPal. We are currently experiencing some issues with PayPal. Please contact us for arrangements on how to proceed.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be collected for items shipped to Georgia. If we drop ship from a manufacturer and you are located within an area where the manufacturer is required to collect sales tax, we will adjust and add the appropriate sales tax for that jurisdiction. On sales we have not collected sales tax, we recommend buyers on our website be aware they are responsible to advise their own states taxing authority they have made a purchase from an out of state seller and report the purchase and pay the sales tax direct.
Shipping Policy
Carrier Selection:
Supplier Carriers: Our suppliers may use different carriers, including FedEx, UPS, or others.
Carrier Substitution: We reserve the right to select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping method. For example, if FedEx 2nd Day Air offers a better rate than UPS Ground, we may choose FedEx.
Free Ground Shipping:
Eligibility: Available on qualifying orders within the contiguous 48 United States.
Carrier and Service Level: Orders with free shipping will be sent via the carrier and service level of our choice, typically UPS Ground.
Order Processing and Shipping Times:
Same-Day Shipping: To qualify, orders must be in stock at our Loganville warehouse and placed by 2 PM EST. Please note, truckline shipments are excluded from same-day shipping.
Processing Times:
- Stock Items: Shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Non-Stock or Special Order Items: Lead times vary; please contact us for current estimates.
Shipping Methods and Customer Accounts:
Available Methods: Our shopping cart supports UPS Ground, FedEx, and, in some cases, LTL shipping.
Collect Shipping: We can ship using your UPS or FedEx account. Provide your carrier, account number, and desired service level (e.g., Ground, 2nd Day) in the "Additional Questions" section at checkout. We'll adjust your invoice accordingly and can provide corrected invoices upon request.
Address Verification and Order Delays:
Residential Addresses: Orders with a residential billing address and a different residential shipping address may experience delays, regardless of the selected delivery service.
Contact Information: Please use the phone number associated with your credit card during checkout. We may verify this number and contact you to confirm your order.
Shipping Hazardous Goods:
Restrictions: Certain items, such as fast-drying non-porous inks (e.g., Smart-Jet 82706 ink cartridges, Rolmark inks, and solvents), are classified as hazardous and may have shipping restrictions to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, and Canada.
Additional Charges: Orders containing hazardous items to these locations may incur extra shipping charges or may not be fulfillable. If Hazardous Shipping is required for your order we will contact you if such issues arise.

Warranty Policy:
Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. In some instances, we will refer warranty work to the manufacturer. In the event warranty work is required, shipping and transportation are not covered by Pro Pack Solutions or any warranty policies by the manufacturers we represent, and are the owner's responsibility.
Pro Pack Solutions, Inc. hereby expressly disclaim all warranties either express or implied, related to products, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose, or warranty of non-infringement. Non-stock or special order items: Depends on the Manufacturer or Importer. Contact us for current lead times.
Returns Policy
General Guidelines:
- All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact us at (770) 554-1187 or [email protected] to obtain an RMA number and return instructions.
- Items must be returned in new, salable condition, complete with the original packaging and all included accessories.
Return Timeframe:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the product. Returns received after this period will not be processed.
Restocking Fees:
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible items returned to our inventory.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Special order items, electronic parts, and international orders are not eligible for returns.
Refund Deductions:
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible items returned to our inventory.
- Shipping Costs: Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, these costs will be deducted from the refund after applying the restocking fee.
- Inspection Costs: If the returned item is found to be non-defective or tampered with, any applicable repair costs will also be deducted from the refund.
Inspection Policy:
- Pro Pack Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to inspect all returned items. If items do not meet the stated return conditions, additional fees may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 2 days to initiate a claim. Retain all original packaging and materials for inspection by the shipping carrier if required.
Return Process:
- Contact our team to obtain an RMA number.
- Safely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Clearly label the package with the RMA number provided.
- Ship the package back to the address provided in your return instructions.
Claims:
All claims for damage, shortage, or incorrect items must made within 2 calendar days of receipt of product. Save all boxes and packing materials in case the shipping company wants to inspect for damage.
