We post prices to our web site. Every effort is being made to reflect correct pricing. Price is subject to change. As many of our vendors do not announce price changes until after they occur, we will verify all pricing prior to shipping if there are any discrepancies.
If you need a non-special order machine to test for demo we will accept your credit card order with a three day trial period to try the machine without incurring a restock fee as long as the machine is returned in new condition with all packing materials, freight insured to the purchase amount, and all freight charges to and from paid by you. Advise the return tracking number and we will issue credit upon receipt and passing inspection of the machine.
If you are interested in an in-house demo, we charge $75.00 per hour plus $1 per mile, to and fro, based off our offices in Loganville, GA. We will demo anywhere in the USA. If you visit our warehouse in Loganville, GA, we will set up the demo for free.
We will also shoot a video clip of any machine in stock with your material. Send a sample with your info and we will do a live video demo to show how the machine works. Call for details.
Sales tax will be collected for items shipped to Georgia. If we drop ship from a manufacturer and you are located within an area where the manufacturer is required to collect sales tax, we may need to adjust and add the appropriate sales tax for that jurisdiction. On sales we have not collect sales tax, we recommend buyers on our website be aware they are responsible to advise their own states taxing authority they have made a purchase from an out of state seller and report the purchase and pay the sales tax direct.
Our shopping cart is set up to ship via UPS. We will ship UPS collect for orders over $50 on your account. We will need a separate email with your company information, UPS billing address, delivery service requested, and account number. Advise in the notes of the shopping cart order you want your order shipped collect. UPS controls delivery and holiday schedules may interrupt and delay shipments. Check with UPS.com for holiday schedules.
If you want us to ship FEDEX for orders over $50 on your account number we will need the same information. Be advised, your order may be delayed a day or so as we do not have a Fedex pick up at our office.
The shopping cart is programmed to calculate and charge for shipping and will reflect on your invoice. We will confirm upon receipt of your email and then collect a reduce amount from your credit card. International orders are subject to review.
Our minimum order is $50 plus shipping and handling for phoned in orders.
Orders under this minimum will be assessed a $5 small order charge and will be added to your invoice.
Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and apply on all new machines sold by our company. In some instances we will refer warranty work to the manufacturer. Fill out your warranty card to protect your investment. In the event warranty work is required, shipping and transportation are not covered by Pro Pack Solutions or any warranty policies by the manufacturers we represent, and are the owner's responsibility.

All products are shipped F.O.B. Loganville, GA via UPS or LTL (depending on weight) unless we opt to ship direct from the Manufacturer or importer.
Stock items:Same day or next working day
Non stock or special order items: Depends on the Manufacturer or Importer. We usually estimate a week to ten days, longer for imported items.
Pro Pack Solutions®, Inc. reserves the right to inspect and make a final inspection of all returned merchandise. Call 877-776-7225 or 770-554-1187 and get an RMA number and instructions on returning your products. We will send you an email with the information. Merchandise must be returned in new and salable condition with original packaging. If our inspection determines that the product is not defective, a restocking fee of 25% and all applicable shipping costs will be deducted from your credit. A 25% restocking charge is applied to all products returned to our stock due to customer mis-ordering, inability to use or sell the product, or non-acceptance of the shipment. Special order items and electronic replacement parts are not returnable. International orders are not returnable. No returns after 14 days.
All claims for damage or shortage must made within 10 calendar days of receipt of product.
