Microcell ink rolls are the most durable rolls available on the market today. This material is an extremely tough, hard density urethane foam which will last up to a year or more under normal conditions.
Universal Type MT Ink Rolls Printing on Non-Porous surfaces has become even easier with the introduction of Universal's new disposable non-porous Type MT Ink Rolls. MT ink drying times between 4-7 seconds at 75 Degree f. (24 Degree C) ambient temperature. The ideal choice when production operators have little time to monitor the inking system when a bottle is not used.
XF NEOPRENE ink rolls are made from extra firm density foam. Although not quite as durable as Microcell, XF Neoprene rolls offer slightly higher print quality and are recommended especially where 3 or 4 lines of type are required.
