Table top impulse arm sealers are a quick and low cost means for sealing thermoplastic or poly film materials. The AIE-100T is the smallest arm sealer AIE offers at just 4 inches (100 mm) wide!
The unit comes with an adjustable timer allowing for different bag thicknesses.
To use the sealer, place the bag across the Teflon covered heating wire, press the arm down, watch the red light turn on then off or listen to the unit cycle, continue to hold the arm down for 2 seconds after the cycle completes so the seal congeals, then raise the arm and remove the sealed bag.
