The AIE-200C is a tabletop impulse hand sealer with integrated cutter for polyethylene and polypropylene films up to 4 mil thick. With its 8" sealing length and built-in cutter that trims excess 1/4" from the seal, it’s perfect for mid-duty packaging tasks requiring a clean, professional finish.
The impulse mechanism only applies heat when the sealing arm is pressed down, improving operator safety and prolonging element life. An adjustable timer allows precise control over seal duration based on material thickness.
How it works: Place the bag on the Teflon-coated heating element, press the sealing arm down, wait for the red indicator light to turn off, hold for 2 seconds to allow the seal to congeal, slide the cutter blade to trim, then release and remove your sealed bag.
