The AIE-205 is an 8" tabletop impulse hand sealer designed for sealing polyethylene and polypropylene bags with a wide 5 mm seal. This model provides a broader seal than the standard 2 mm version, offering extra durability for heavier-duty packaging needs.
Like all AIE impulse sealers, it only heats when the arm is pressed down—enhancing safety and extending heating element life. An adjustable timer allows fine control over seal time based on your bag’s thickness.
How it works: Lay the bag across the Teflon-coated heating element, press the sealing arm down, and wait for the red indicator light to turn off. Keep the arm down briefly after that to allow the seal to cool (congeal), then release and remove your bag.
Note: This model does not include a cutter. If you need built-in trimming functionality, click here to view the version with a cutter.
