The AIE-300 is a 12" tabletop impulse hand sealer designed for sealing polyethylene and polypropylene bags up to 5 mil thick. It delivers a consistent 2 mm wide seal, making it a dependable solution for light-duty packaging operations.
This unit features an adjustable timer for sealing bags of different thicknesses. Heat is only applied when the arm is pressed down, helping to ensure operator safety and extend the life of the heating element.
How it works: Lay the poly bag across the Teflon-coated heating element, press the sealing arm down, and wait for the red indicator light to turn off. Keep the arm down briefly afterward to allow the seal to cool and congeal before lifting the arm and removing your sealed bag.
Note: This model does not include a cutter. If you need built-in trimming functionality, click here for the version with a cutter.
