The AIE-405C is a tabletop impulse hand sealer with integrated cutter for polyethylene and polypropylene films up to 8 mil thick. Its 16" (400 mm) sealing length and durable 5 mm wire seal deliver professional-grade results quickly.
The impulse mechanism only applies heat when the arm is pressed down - enhancing operator safety and extending element life. An adjustable timer knob lets you fine-tune seal duration for different bag thicknesses.
How it works: Place the bag on the Teflon-coated heating element, press the arm down, wait for the red indicator light to turn off, hold for 2 seconds to allow the seal to congeal, slide the cutter blade to trim 1/4" excess film, then release and remove your sealed bag.
