The AIE-500 is a 20" tabletop impulse hand sealer that creates a clean, 2 mm wide seal across polyethylene and polypropylene bags. Its longer seal length makes it ideal for closing large or wide poly bags in packaging, fulfillment, and light industrial settings.
Designed for simplicity and reliability, it only applies heat when the arm is pressed down—ensuring safe operation and preserving the lifespan of the heating element. The adjustable timer helps you fine-tune the seal time to your bag’s thickness and type.
How it works: Lay your bag on the Teflon-coated heating strip, press the sealing arm down, and wait for the red indicator light to shut off. Hold the arm for a few seconds longer to allow the seal to cool (congeal), then lift and remove the sealed bag.
Note: This unit does not include a cutter. If you need integrated trimming, contact us to order.
